Overview:

Dr. Matthew Hall is an assistant professor in the Department of Orthopaedics at the University of Connecticut. He is the director of the UConn Sports Concussion Program. Dr. Hall graduated from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his family medicine residency at Brown University, and sports medicine fellowship at UConn.

Dr. Hall is the medical director for the UConn Club Sports teams and provides physician sideline coverage for a local high school. He also enjoys volunteering medical coverage for large events such as marathons and triathlons. His clinical practice focuses on sports injuries and non-surgical treatment of musculoskeletal problems. His clinical interests include sports concussions, overuse injuries in young athletes, and the use of musculoskeletal ultrasound to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of sports injuries.
